Rosa rubiginosa has prickles on the hips. I think Rosa luciae is more like Rosa sp. (A Wild Rose) (see photo of hips) but am still waiting for ID.

Maybe Boletellus obscurecoccineus. Though would need to see if the pores are yellow and a closer look at the stipe (stem) to see if it's slightly roughened
